It is with great sadness that we regret to announce the passing of Elpidio A Paguirigan, resident of Union City, CA. Elpidio was born on October 28, 1937 in the Philippines. He passed away on February 11, 2024 in California at the age of 86. He will be truly missed by his family and friends, we ask that you please keep them in your thoughts and prayers
