Ellen Lopez Jun. 8, 1943-Apr. 11, 2017 Resident of Newark Went to be with the Lord, passing away peacefully on Tuesday, April 11, 2017. Ellen is survived by her 2 children, Michael & Michele, Daughter-in-law Wagma, Grandchildren Sosana & Abram. She was 73 years old, a long time resident of Newark. She was a Christian, and is now with her Heavenly Father & Husband Mike, who passed away in 2008. Family & friends are invited for visitation Friday, April 21, 2017 from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, April 22, 2017 at 10:00 am at the Mission Chapel, Chapel of The Chimes Memorial Park & Funeral Home, 32992 Mission Blvd., Hayward. Her family & friends will be celebrating her life, wear light colors.
