Elenita Lemi Gamboa's Obituary
Elenita Lemi Gamboa was born on February 26, 1945 in Manila, Philippines to Santos Lemi and Maria Isabel Gallardo. She passed away peacefully on April 1, 2015 to be with our Lord. She leaves behind her children Ruel, Rodrigo, Jr. and Rowena, two daughter-in-laws (Lucy and Madonna), six grandchildren (Robbie, Robyn, Ryan, Kyla, Rosana, and James), and two siblings (Reynaldo and Eduardo).She wore many hats in her life including being a medical technician, a beautician, and a dressmaker. She loved cooking, baking, sewing, travel, and of course shopping. She liked being around her friends and family. She especially loved to cook and bake fresh pastry/cakes for her them.A visitation and memorial service for her is scheduled at Columbia Funeral Home in Seattle, WA on Friday, April 10th from 3:00pm – 8pm and again on Saturday, April 11th from 1:00pm – 8pm.Another visitation and memorial service for her is scheduled at Chapel of the Chimes Funeral Home in Hayward, CA on Thursday, April 16th from 5pm-9pm; Friday, April 17th from 5pm-9pm. And then a mass service will be on Saturday, April 18th @ 10am all in Reflection Chapel with the burial to follow at Chapel of the Chimes Memorial Park.Everyone is welcome to join the family for the celebration of the life of our mother, sister, and a friend.
