Elaine E. Doyle's Obituary
Elaine E. Doyle, 85, formerly of Ryan and Independence, Iowa, passed away from natural causes on December 7th at the Aegis Hospice Care in Fremont, California. Elaine was the daughter of Henry and Mary McEnany of Ryan, IA, who along with her brother Virgil, sister Irvena and son Patrick preceded her in death. She married Mark Doyle in 1947 and they had three boys from this union.Elaine’s passion was music,; she loved to play the piano and sing. She filled her days by doing crossword puzzles, playing cards, or challenging you to a game of pool.Elaine is survived by her sons, Ron (Carole) Doyle and Steve (Roxie) Doyle. She was the proud Grandma to Brian, Stephanie, Stacie, Adam, Nick, Jill, and Chris. Great Grandmother to Anthony, Mercury, Marissa, Jake, Molly, Thomas and Imajen.A funeral mass will be held at 10:30 am at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church on May 11th, 2016, followed by the interment of her ashes at Calvery Cemetery in Ryan, Iowa.
