Eileen Mary Lattell's Obituary
Eileen Mary Lattell Resident of Hayward Jan. 14, 1933 – Nov. 21, 2011 Eileen Lattell passed away after a short and valiant battle with cancer. Born, raised, and a resident of California all her life, she was a dedicated servant of God, enjoyed all sports, traveling when possible, and spending time with her family. Her husband of 58 years, Norm, superceded Eileen in death. She is survived by her devoted children (Darryl, Alan, Catherine) and their spouses, 10 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, and the 19th on “her” way. Her only sister, Doris Steele of San Leandro, and many nieces and nephews also survive her. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grand-mother, sister, and aunt and will be deeply missed. Burial will be private. A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, November 30, 2011, 1:00 p.m. at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, 166 West Harder Road, Hayward. In lieu of flowers, donations to Good Shepherd Lutheran Church Memorial Fund (510/782-0872) or Vitas Hospice Care (800/268-4827) would be appreciated.
