Eileen Damas' Obituary
Eileen Terza Damas Sunrise: Oct. 7, 1951 Sunset: Oct. 28, 2009 Resident of Fremont Eileen, beloved wife, mother, grandma, sister, aunty and friend, lost her battle to cancer on Wednesday, October 28th. Born and raised in Waialua, Hawaii, Eileen moved to California in 1978. She is survived by her husband of 39 years, James, her two daughters, Sommer and Autumn, her grandsons, the apples of her eye, Jayden and Jaxon, six brothers and sisters (Robert John Albios, Regina Kuranaga, Paulette Lee, Nathan Albios, Janelle Pereira and Pamela Ah Quin) as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews both in California and Hawaii. She was preceded in death by her son, Kevin, her parents Asabino (Bobby) and Maximiana Albios and sister Mary. Eileen was a very amazing lady, full of love and compassion. she touched the lives of many with her “aloha spirit”. Her family and friends knew that no matter what, Eileen would always be there to lend a helping hand. She enjoyed cooking, dancing, gatherings with family and friends, and most importantly spending time with her two precious grandsons. She will be remembered for her love of her family and friends, her beautiful smile and laughter, as well as for her great strength and courage. Family and friends are invited to attend the celebration of her life on Saturday, November 7th from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm. Services will be at the Chapel of the Chimes, Mission Chapel, 32992 Mission Blvd., Hayward, CA 94544. Her final resting place will be at Mililani Memorial Park, Mililani, Hawaii.
