With great sadness we regret to announce the passing of Eduardo Mercurio Tongson. Mr. Tongson was born on December 11, 1953 in the Philippines and passed on February 4, 2022 in Palo Alto, California. Services will be held at Chapel of the Chimes in Hayward, California.
