It is with great sadness that we regret to announce the passing of Earleen Richardson , 85, resident of Union City, CA. Earleen was born on Septmeber 4th 1938 in the Arkansas to Andrew Mitchell and Julia Goodwin and passed away on December 16, 2023 in California. She leaves behind her loving husband, Alvis and their children. We ask that you please keep her family in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.
