Dorothy Elizabeth Schleicher entered into rest on January 10, 2003 in Oakland at the age of 87. Beloved wife of Robert Schleicher of 65 wonderful years. Loving mother of Robert Schleicher, Jr., Joan Jacobs, and Bill Schleicher. Dorothy was also the adoring grandmother of Justin, Jenna & Julie Jacobs and Matthew, Michael & Amy Schleicher.Dorothy enjoyed her time dancing with her husband, especially round, ballroom & square dancing and she was a superb cook and devoted homemaker. She will be sorely missed by all who knew herA memorial service will be held on Friday, January 17th at 1:00pm at Chapel of the Chimes.
