DOROTHY ALICE PIAZZA(MOLL) Died November 10, 2006 at the age of 88. Dorothy, a resident of Pleasanton, was born July 9, 1918 in Rye, New Hampshire to Frederick A. Moll and Olive M. Downs. She is preceded in death by her husband of 49 years, Joseph B. Piazza; infant daughter, Shirley Marie Beelek; siblings; Frederick Moll, Jr., Frances Kayser, and John Moll. She is survived by sisters, Muriel Stumborg of Castro Valley, CA, Betty Smith of Pleasanton, CA, and Anna May Dill of Citrus Heights, CA; numerous nephews and nieces and great-nephews and nieces and great, great-nephews and nieces. Dorothy moved to St. Louise, Missouri in 1925, then onto California in 1943, where she lived in San Lorenzo for 48 years before moving to Pleasanton. She was a long time employee of U.S. Steel in Alameda. Family and friends are invited to the CHAPEL OF THE CHIMES EMORIAL PARK AND FUNERAL HOME, 32992 Mission Blvd., Hayward, CA, to attend the visitation on Tuesday (TODAY) 4:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. and Funeral Service on Wednesday, Nov. 15, 2006 at 11:00 a.m., interment will follow the service.
