It is with great sadness that we regretfully announce the passing of Dorothy N Delgado. Dorothy was born on March 25, 1945 in Florida and passed on December 13, 2021 in Berkeley, California at the age of 76. She will be cared for at Chapel of the Chimes Memorial Park and Funeral home in Hayward, California prior to burial in Maryland.
