Donna was born in Oakland, CA and passed away on 8/5/2013. She is preceded in death by husband, Donald Sr. Donna is survived by her 4 children; Donald Branscum of Sonoma, David Branscum of San Lorenzo, Kathy Beck of King George, VA, and Kimberly Fletcher of Manteca. She enjoyed her 8 grandchildren and 5 greatgrandchildren. Visitation will be held Fri, 8/9 from 5pm-9pm and a Funeral Service will be at 1pm on Sat, 8/10 at Chapel of the Chimes Funeral Home’s Mission Chapel.
