DONALD OWEN WALLACE DONALD OWEN WALLACE “Papo” Donald passed away January 26, 2007 in Hayward, Ca. He was 73 years old. Donald grew up in Alameda. After serving two years in the U.S. Army Donald married and moved to Hayward, Ca, residing there for the last 47 years. Donald was a police officer in Hayward for 17 years. He had a heart transplant in 1991. Donald is survived by his wife, Jacqueline of 51 years; Daughter Donna Alho and son-in-law David Alho of Newark, his grandchildren Jennifer and Michael Alho. He is also survived by his brother Jack Wallace, Sister Lorrayne Cosmez, brother-in-law John Cosmez, and nieces and nephews. Donald was an avid sports fan, his favorite team was the St. Louis Cardinals. He loved spending time with his grandchildren and he always had the best stories to tell. He will be deeply missed by all those who knew him. Funeral services for Donald will be held Friday, February 2, 2007 at CHAPEL OF THE CHIMES, MEMORIAL PARK AND FUNERAL HOME 32992 Mission Blvd., Hayward, CA.
