It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Donald Arthur Strey, age 90, who peacefully departed this life on January 12th, 2025, at his home in Hayward, CA. Born on May 23rd, 1934, in Illinois, Donald lived a life marked by resilience and hard work.
Donald honorably served as a member of the United States Navy, embodying the values of dedication and service to his country. Following his military service, he dedicated over 30 years as an Automotive Parts Specialist, contributing his expertise and unwavering work ethic to the automotive industry.
He is lovingly remembered by his devoted spouse, Emma Jean Strey, and his cherished sons, Ken and Kevin Strey. His family and all who knew him will forever hold his memory in their hearts.
A graveside service in honor of Donald's life will be held on January 23rd, 2025, in our Garden of Grace. We invite friends and family to join us in paying respects and celebrating his remarkable life.
