Donald Lee Collier Sr.'s Obituary
Devoted husband to Muriel Collier of 64 years. Loving father of Darrell, Donnie, Cindy, Rhonda and Keith. Grandfather of 6, great-grandfather of 5 and many nieces and nephews. Don was born in McLeod, Oklahoma. He came to California as a young boy and made a living milking cows while attending school, eventually building engines to level of "Master Mechanic". After spending time in the military he and a dear friend became partners in Superior Lift Trucks, Inc. and ran an honest business for over 50 years with a gentleman's handshake for customer contract. Don was forced to retire when he was the last man standing and could no longer work due to illness at the age of 86 years old he was a gentle giant who treasured his family and friends. He is and will always be missed forever.
