Don was a graduate of James Logan High School, Union City in 1974. Dearly beloved husband of Norma Ortiz August. Loving father of Lindsay August and Amanda August both of San Lorenzo. Dear brother of Sharolyn August of Stockton, Michael August of Hayward and Larry August of Hayward. Visitation will be held Tuesday, September 18, 2001 from 5:00-8:00 p.m. at Chapel of the Chimes in Hayward. Friends are welcome to attend a Funeral service Wednesday, September 19, 2001 at 10:00 a.m. in the Reflection Chapel at Chapel of the Chimes Funeral Home.'Service of Marked Distinction'The family would like donations to be made to your own favorite charity in memory of Don August.
