Dominga (Mingay) Raymundo Calbonero Resident of Union City, CA August 19, 1930 – December7, 2014 – 84 years oldDominga Calbonero passed away at the age of 84 on Sunday December 7th at 1:51pm at Kaiser Hospital in Fremont, CA. Surrounded by her close family and dear relatives. She was born in San Pedro, Albuera Leyte, Philippines and in 1978 at the age of 48 she ,along with her husband, migrated to the United States. They found a home in Union City, CA and has called this place home ever since. Dominga enjoyed being surrounded by her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She loved cooking for her loved ones. Her famous “pancit” will be terribly missed. Dominga is survived by her 5 loving children: Lucy Rosal, Perla Vingno, Roger Calbonero, Noel Calbonero, and Eyen Bronola. Three caring sisters: Cora Largo , Francisca Manatad, and Poren Casas 11 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.Visitation for family and friends will be held on Wednesday December 17 and Thursday December 18 from 5:00pm- 9:00pm at the Chapel of the Chimes Funeral Home, 32992 Mission Blvd., Hayward, CA.Evening prayers and Rosary will take place during this time. A funeral mass will be held at 10:30am at Saint Anne’s Catholic Church, 32223 Cabello Street Union City, CA. Burial to follow at Chapel of the Chimes Memorial Park.Chapel of the Chimes 510-471-3363
