Dolores Mary Lipscomb's Obituary
July 25, 1934 – August 20, 2008 Resident of Union City Dolores Mary Lipscomb, wonderful wife, loving mother, devoted grandmother and great-grandmother and friend to many, began her heavenly journey on Wednesday, August 20, 2008 with her family by her side. She leaves behind her husband of 53 years Bernard; three daughters, Cynthia Scott, Lisa Jones and Katrina Russell; six grandchildren, Tanisha, Taylor, Lamont, Dwayne, Courtney and Tiara; two great-grandchildren, Mikai and Aniyah. She is also survived by two brothers, Van and Johnny and sister Anona. Her beloved furry friend Tara will miss her dearly. In addition to her family she is survived by a host of many dear and close friends. Please join the family for a funeral service honoring the life of Dolores on Friday, August 29, 2008 beginning at 10:00 A.M. at Chapel of The Chimes 32992 Mission Blvd. Hayward, CA. 94544.
