Diomedes was born and raised in San Felipe, Zambales, Philippines, to Julia Senense Rosete and Cenon Feria Rosete. He married Azucena Abad Rosete on September 11,1949. Diomedes served in the Navy for 20 years.Diomedes is survived by his children, Naida & Marcy Fontecha of Vallejo, Arthur & Zeny Rosete of Alameda, Edward & Bess Rosete of Seal Beach, Elaine & Peter Hui of Alameda and grandchildren, Marcel & Trisha of San Ramon, Michael Fontecha of Vallejo, Kristine & Daniel Louie, Celeste & Nate Zuckerman, Eric Rosete of Alameda, Jeffrey, Jason, & Michael Rosete of Seal Beach, Nathan & Sarah of Alameda, and eight great grandchildren, Jared, Jacob, Jadon, & Jonah Fontecha of San Ramon, Cameron & Ethan Louie, Benjamin & Connor Zuckerman of Alameda.He was a loving brother, father, grandfather, and friend.
