Devinder Kaur Dosanjh, 86 of Milpitas, wife of late Iqbal Singh Dosanjh, passedaway peacefully on June 19, 2018, surrounded by family. She was born in Punjab, India on April 18, 1932. After her college education, she became a teacher in Jalandhar, India and got married. Shortlyafter the birth of her son, Amritpaul, she moved to London, England. She started working for British Airways in the food service canteen and always talked about how much she loved her job. London also brought more joy into her life as she welcomed her daughter, Parmjeet, into this world.Along with her family in 1982, Devinder Kaur Dosanjh immigrated to the USA to be closerto her extended family, and hoped for a brighter future for her children.In America, she worked hard along with her husband to put their children through college.In later life, she was extremely happy to see her children progress in their careers and family life.After her husband passed away in 2009, she joined the India Community Center inMilpitas; she made so many friends and continued to live a joyful life. At home, shewas always comforted by her family: son Amritpaul, daughter in-law Sharanjit, daughterParmjeet, son in-law Sukhwinder and loved all her grandchildren, Jasmine, Avneet,Justin, Amandeep, Sarahjeet and Karina. She will be dearly missed and forever remainin all our hearts.
