Debra Hatcher, 63 Debra Hatcher, 63, of Sacramento, passed away April 6th, 2017 in Sacramento, California. Funeral service will be held at Chapel of the Chimes in Hayward, CA on April 28th, 2017 from 1:00pm-2:30pm. Debra was a medical transcriptionist and editor working for a not-for-profit health system. She loved taking photos and traveling to see her grandchildren, family and friends when she could. Debra was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Marion Hazen; and her daughter Tiffany Hatcher. Debra is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Dustin and Aimee Hatcher; and two grandchildren, Raymond Kay and Juliana Hatcher.
