It is with great sadness that we regretfully announce the passing of Dean Alan Tarr. Dean was born on Aprl 20, 1964 in Nebraska and passed on June 16, 2022 in Fremont, California at the age of 58. Cremation services will be held at Chapel of the Chimes Memorial Park and Funeral home in Hayward, California.
