Mrs. Collins was hands down the most amazing teacher…funny, caring, wonderful! The best teacher I ever had. So many peoples lives were touched by this remarkable woman. Although I graduated in 1974, I ran into her about 10 years ago, and she remembered me. There she stood with her beautiful smile and she said ” Gee, they let anyone in here ” (so Mrs. Collins!!!) She still looked exactly the same. I was blessed for having known her. May she rest in peace.
