David, I just found out and am beside myself. I wish i could of been there to say goodbye. Myself and David became great friends when he delivered tires to our Store in seaside when he worked with Ampac. David and i both loved sports. we used to Talk about our families and i remember David was always so lively and David really loved the Raiders.When David left Ampac and went to TDW he called every month to see how i was doing and of course try to sell me some tires.I send my deepest sympathy to the Lugo family. David, I will never forget you friend. You were a stand up guy with more morals than most men I have known. I will always remember you as a die hard Oakland Raiders fan. I used to tease you because you would get so sad when our Raiders lost and you would get mad at me saying “its not funny”. We had some good times and I’m grateful that I knew you. I still groove in my car to Coffee Brown’s “After Party” that song will always remind me of the friendship we shared. May you rest in peace my friend.
