Kelly, David Allen entered into rest on August 22, 2004 at his home in Newark. Loving husband of Rose L. Kelly; Devoted father of David A Kelly III, Brian Kelly, Leslie McGirr, and Julia Stinnett; caring stepfather of Rachel Wong; Cherished grandfather of 7; Dear brother of Kay Lawrence.David met his wife while working at United Airlines. They married in 2000. He loved fixing things around the house and was a quite the handyman. His favorite stores included the Home Depot and Dale Hardware. A member of Masonic lodge 753. He will be missed by all.Funeral Service will begin on Thursday at 2:00 PM under the Auspices of Masonic Lodge 753 with Catholic prayer services being offered at 2:30 PM under the direction of St. Edwards Catholic Church at Chapel of the Chimes Memorial Park and Funeral Home, 32992 Mission Blvd. Hayward. Visitation will be held between 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM on Thursday at the above mentioned funeral home.
