Darlene Unger 11/27/1941 – 1/13/2010 Resident of Union City Darlene was born in Ada, OK on November 27, 1941. She passed away on January 13, 2010 at the age of 68. Darlene was a Florist, and owned her own flower shop “Darlene’s Flower Potpourri” on Mission Blvd. for 14 years. She attended Hayward Full Gospel Temple in Hayward, CA. She is survived by her loving husband, Donald Ray Unger of 49 years; her daughter, Shelley Mattice of Union City, CA; sister Maxine Shoemake of Mississippi; and brother, Roy Eaton, Jr. of Arnold, CA; and 1 grandchild, Olivia D. Mattice. She was preceded in death by her Parents, Helen Eaton and Roy Eaton; and her sister, Marla Eaton. A visitation will be held on Tuesday, Jan. 19th from 4:30-8:30 p.m. Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, Jan. 20th at 1:30 p.m. All services will take place at Chapel of the Chimes Memorial Park, 32992 Mission Blvd., Hayward, CA 94544.
