DARLENE PUMMILL Visitation only for Darlene Pummill, 73, Tyler, is scheduled for 5-7 p.m. Tuesday at Burks Walker Tippit Funeral Directors, Tyler.Burial will be in Chapel of the Chimes Memorial Park, Hayward, Calif., under direction of Chapel of the Chimes Funeral Home.Mrs. Pummill died Dec. 23, 2006, in Tyler.She was born April 11, 1933, in Oakland, Calif., to the late Stanley D. and Lucille Auten Hill. She retired as a sales clerk from Mervyn’s Department Store in California after 19 years of service, and lived in Tyler for the last 16 years. She was preceded in death by her husband, Darrell Pummill, in 1976.Survivors include her children, Mark Pummill, Palestine, Teree Loveless, Tyler, and Bruce Pummill, Kaufman; brother, Dave Hill, California; 10 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
