Danya Alice Belair a Hayward, California resident entered into rest Friday, March 1, 2002 in Hayward, California. Born in Millinocket, Maine on November 8, 1926, she was 75 years of age. She served in the U.S. Navy for 20 years of which 17 years were served as a Nurse and an Anesthesiologist. She enjoyed oil painting. She was a member of the Fremont and Livermore Gun Club. She also worked with the Alameda County Animal Rescue, she loved animals. Dear sister of Jean A. Beaulieu of San Lorenzo, California and Mary Patricia Knight of North Carolina.Friends are welcome to attend a niche side service Friday, March 8, 2002 at 2:30 p.m. in the Reflection Chapel at Chapel of the Chimes Funeral Home.Memorial contributions may be sent to the Alzheimer's Services of the East Bay; 2320 Channing Way, Berkeley, CA 94704."Service of Marked Distinction"
