Daniel V Romero Jr.'s Obituary
Daniel V. Romero Jr. was called into the presence of his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Saturday February 28, 2013 at age 53. Daniel was born to Daniel And Josephine Romero on July 26, 1961 in Fremont California. Daniel was reared in Union City California where he attended James Logan High School. After graduating from high school Daniel relocated to Sacramento, California to attend American River College. He studied at American River College for two years. Daniel began the feel the call of God on his life which continued to draw him into ministry. Daniel joined forces with the team at the Calvary Christian Center in Sacramento California under the leadership of Dr. Phillip G. Goudeaux. Daniel became the Director of the Overcomer’s Home. Daniel worked passionately for ten years at Calvary Christian Center. Daniel being a man of many passions also worked for Social Services for three years. Daniel loved all sports, but especially football and baseball. His favorite bay area teams were the 49ers, Giants, and the Golden Gate State Warriors. Danny’s true love was being with his children his two dogs Chata and Pepe, watching movies and riding his bike. Daniel was a loving son, brother, nephew, cousin, father, grandfather and friend. He is preceded in death by his sister, Laverne Romero and niece Veronica Ponce. Daniel leaves to cherish his memory his parents, Daniel Sr. and Josephine Romero, his maternal grandmother Petra L. Garcia, children Christina, Sabrina, Danny III, Paul, Puben, Erica, Alicia, and their mother Cynthia, Romero, eleven grandchildren, sisters, Alicia, Francine (Ruben), nieces and nephews Ruben III, Marissa, Daniel, Roland, Lorona, and Felipe, and a host of uncles, cousins and friends, and his Calvery Christian Church family. He will be missed by all. He is gone but never forgotten.
