Daisy Salvosa Malasig's Obituary
….. was born on October 30, 1955 to Rosita Balagot and Domingo Salvosa in Manila, Philippines. She was the youngest of 5 children. She completed her elementary and high school education in Bauang, La Union, Philippines.
Daisy graduated from De Ocampo University in Manila with the Degree of Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She migrated to the United States in 1986, first worked in a convalescent home in Oakland, in a hotel and finally worked at the Summit Medical Center in Oakland, California. Daisy had been actively involved in the Lord of Pardon Prayer Group activities especially present in all the prayer activities during the Covid 19 Pandemic and attending church activities at the Christ the King in Pleasant Hill, CA.
Daisy is survived by her husband of 28 years, Pete Malasig; her children Paul Vincent Salvosa (and partner Adrea), Christopher Carlo Badilla (and wife Vanessa), and Adrian Lester Badilla; her sister Melba Luis (and husband Arthur), her sister Leticia Quinto (and the late husband Edilberto); sister Emma Salvosa and brother Efrain Salvosa (and wife Heidi); grandchildren Alani (and partner Aldrin), Brandon, Jaden, D’Angelo, Adrian Lester Jr and Kylie; her great grandchild Aldrin Jr and another great grandchild on the way; and also her other extended grandchildren.
Daisy was a loving wife to her husband, dedicated mother and grandmother and caring sister, auntie and friend. Daisy had touch so many lives because of her love, kindness, generosity and hospitality to many. She will be greatly missed……
