It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Consuelo A. Tolosa, 95. Consuelo was a resident of Union City CA. She was born on August 25, 1927 in the Philippines to Pedro and Crescenciana Asuncion. She passed away on April 12, 2023 in California.
