Connie Hayes Gullion's Obituary
Connie Hayes Gullion of Fremont, passed away on June 17 at the age of 58. Connie was born in Erie, PA, the youngest child of Robert and Evelyn Hayes. She was retired from the Fremont Unified School District where she had worked in the office at Weibel Elementary School. Connie had a love of animals of all kinds, particularly Shetland sheep dogs, which she owned and raised for over 30 years. She enjoyed spending time with her family, playing with her pets, and socializing with her large circle of on-line friends.Connie is survived by her loving husband of 33 years, Ken Gullion and her two daughters, Kimberly Gullion, of Rio Linda, CA and Kathryn Gullion of Fremont. She is also survived by her sister Christine Hayes of Erie,PA and brother Thomas Hayes of Carlsbad, CA. Connie’s family will hold a private celebration of her life. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Susan G Kommen Breast Cancer Foundation.
