We regret to announce the passing of Concepcion Prudencio Avila. Concepcion was born on October 14, 1939 in the Philippines and passed on June 12, 2021 in Fremont, California. A vigil will be held on July 5, 2021 at Chapel of the Chimes in Hayward, California and a funeral service will occur the following day at Holy Spirit Church in Fremont, California.
