It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Colleen Evelyn Tackel, 93.Colleen was born on June 23, 1928 in Oklahoma and passed away in Union City, CA. She will be missed by everyone who knew her. Services will be March 1st, 2022 at 1:00pm.
