Cloys D. Sandy a Fremont, California resident entered into rest Sunday, August 4, 2002 in Fremont. Born in Terrell, Oklahoma on May 11, 1929, he was 73 years of age. He worked for San Jose Steel Co. in San Jose, California for 20 years as an Iron Worker and retired as a Foreman.Dearly beloved husband for 44 years to Dorothea Sandy. Loving father of three daughters; Donna, Linda and Sherry, one son; Shannon Sandy of Fremont and two stepchildren; Tamea Kolesar and Mike Stang both of Pinol. Dear brother of Lavada Presley of Bakersfield, Wanda Pickens of Paris, TX and Milburn Sandy of Bakersfield. Devoted grandfather of many grandchildren and several great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held Wednesday, August 7, 2002 from 5:30-7:30 p.m. at Chapel of the Chimes in Hayward. Friends are welcome to attend a Funeral Service Thursday, August 8, 2002 at 2:00 p.m. in the Mission Chapel at Chapel of the Chimes Funeral Home with an Interment to follow at Chapel of the Chimes Memorial Park, 32992 Mission Blvd., Hayward, CA 94544."Service of Marked Distinction"
