Cletis Derand Shelby's Obituary
It is with great sadness that we regretfully announce the passing of Cletis Derand Shelby. Cletis was born on February 1, 1964 in Tennessee and passed on June 9, 2022 in Las Vegas, Nevada at the age of 58. Services will be held at Chapel of the Chimes Memorial Park and Funeral home in Hayward, California prior to burial at Chapel of the Chimes Memorial Park.
