Clarence J. Pierson's Obituary
C. J. Pierson a Fremont, California resident entered into rest Saturday, May 25, 2002 in Fremont. Born in Canton, South Dakota on November 10, 1913, he was 88 years of age. He is survived by his loving granddaughter, her husband and two sons: Kathy and Bill Tomblin, Billy and Matthew Tomblin all of Fremont. He was a retired salesman of fleet and industrial auto sales for General Motors after 24 years. He served in the U. S. Air Force during WWII as a Sergeant. He enjoyed working on his own cars. In his earlier years he would go motorcycle riding and he liked RV Camping.His wife Blanch "Irene" Pierson preceded him in death after 62 years of marriage.A private burial will be held at Chapel of the Chimes Memorial Park.The family wishes for memorial donations to be made to: Alzheimer's Services of the East Bay, 2320 Channing Way, Berkeley, CA 94704.Arrangements were made by Chapel of the Chimes Funeral Home, 32992 Mission Blvd., Hayward, CA 94544.
