Christina was born to Yun and Bi Wong on October 06, 1968 in Hong Kong. Yun Wong immigrated to Philippine when she was 5 years. She was the only child in the family. On May 31, 1996, Christina married Andrew Choi. Andrew was working at a CPU startup company in Silicon Valley. They had three children, Ryan, Jeffrey and Kyle Choi. Andrew and Christina made Fremont their permanent home in 2004. Christina was an assistant manager at Mitsubishi in Hong Kong. At that time, there was very few female worker promoted to that rank. She had done an exceptional job. She also served as a hospital volunteer (Pink Lady) in Hong Kong during her college year. She was also a member of Christian and Missionary Alliance Tak Tsuen Church at Tai Wo Hau in Hong Kong. She was an adorable person and often made people laugh because of her funny action such as drinking a wrong cup of tea during the tea time meeting. When she moved to America, she took bus to work because she did not want to add burden to Andrew when his old company was going through some transition time. She started the job in CPU Cooling Fan Company beginning 1997 and worked there for the next 16 years. And she moved on to a new career in Solar Energy in 2014. Christina was a member of Silicon Valley Alliance Church in Milpitas since 1996. In 2010, she also involved in a campaign called “Save Fremont Student” and she was interviewed by the Chinese Radio along with current Fremont city Mayor Lily Mei. This campaign raised $577,501.63 for the Fremont Unified School District. She also served as a volunteer for Family Giving Tree Organization in Christmas, an event that brought gifts to the needy. She also organized the senior home visitation for her fellowship. She has dedicated all her heart to family, friends, co-workers, school, and church. Rather than mourn the passing of Christina, her family want to celebrate her new life in heaven. Christina enjoyed buffet so much, she requested us to arrange a buffet party for our guests after her memorial service where people could also enjoy her favorite foods, and remember all of the happy times she shared with those she loved. The party will be held at Tomi Sushi and Seafood Buffet in Union City.
