Charlotte Lou Cowan's Obituary
Charlotte Lou Cowan passed away in her sleep the morning of 10/30/2022 where she resided at Merisol Care in Fremont, California. She is survived by her son, Joe Clinging, daughter in law, Dawn Ehret, granddaughter, Kristen Ehret-Clinging and cousin, Carol McCrary of Watonga, Oklahoma. Charlotte was a kind and loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She was very much loved and will truly be missed. She will be laid to rest next to her first husband, Joe Richard Clinging and near her first son, Russel Clinging at the Chapel of the Chimes Memorial Park in Hayward, California
In lieu of flowers the family request Memorial donations to your local animal shelter, as Charlotte loved all animals.
