I hired Chuck at the Sheriff’s Office many years ago. Every year we would find the worst B-cards and send them to each other. I talked to him a few times each year after we both retired. He was “one of a kind” kind of guy.
So sorry to hear about Chuck’s passing. We kept in touch as retirees of Alameda County. I enjoyed his sense of humor. I will miss him. Rest in peace Buddy. Audrey Vega
Worked with Chuck at many fair grounds. Car pooled to Solano, San Jose and San Mateo. Always pleasant and the perfect gentleman. Worked in Parking at Alameda Country Fair Grounds for many years. He will be missed. Judy Coppes
