Charles served in the Navy for 21 years. For 20 years he worked for the State of California. Some of his hobbies consist of writing poetry, and spending time reading books. Dearly beloved husband of Jane T. Pfeiffer for 44 years. Loving father of Tracy Patterson of Richmond, California. At his request no services will be held.
