Charles F. Harper (Piti) of Fremont, Ca. Passed away on August 6, 2019. He was born Hayward, Ca. May 12, 1955.He graduated from Washington High School in 1973. His passions were motorcycles, sports, history and handy work.He is survived by his mother Nancy DeAnda, his brothers: Frank, Richard, Raymond, Donald and Gary Cordero and one niece, Alexa Cordero.
