It is with great sadness that we regret to announce the passing of Celeste De La Cruz Hernandez.
Celeste was born on February 6, 2011 and passed away on November 1, 2022 at the young age of 11.
A viewing will take place on Sunday November 20th, 2022 at Chapel of the Chimes, Mission Chapel from 4:00pm - 8:00pm and a funeral mass will be held on Monday, November 21st at 10:00am at St. Leanders Catholic Church. We ask that you please keep her family in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.
