Ceasar Arville Paras' Obituary
Ceasar A. Paras was born to Daniel and Mary Paras on September 8th, 1933 in the Philippines.
Ceasar passed away peaacefully at the age of 90. He is preceded in death by his late wife of 52 years Janet H. Paras. They had 4 children: Anthony, Cristina, Michael, and Daniel. His grandchildren are Daniel (Kathryn) Dulle and Jessica Dulle along with great grandchildren Connor Moody and Colin Moody. He is also survived by his 2 living sisters: Lorna Beckman and Marietta Copeland.
He was a devoted family man and retired as a United States Coast Guard Officer (CWO4) after 30 years of service. He cherished family gatherings, adventures abroad, and running at Lake Chabot in Castro Valley. His favorite place to vacation with family and friends was Hawaii. His legacy lives on through the lessons he imparted and the memories he created with those he loved.
Services will be held at Chapel of the Chimes in Hayward and will be followed by his Burial in their Memorial Park. Please keep the Paras family in your thoughts and prayers.
