Carmen Fernandez Resident of Hayward In behalf of Carmen Fernandez’s family who also, was known as “Baby Girl” who passed on July 26, 2009 at Eden Hospital after a long illness. We the O’Hana (family) would like to thank all the physicians and nursing staff who were very caring and compassionate. God bless you all for your care and love. Services will be held on August 15, 2009, 1pm – 5pm at Chapel of the Chimes, 32992 Mission Blvd., Hayward, CA 94544, Main Sanctuary.
