Carmen F. Cunha a Redding, California resident entered into rest Sunday, September 29, 2002 in Redding. Born in Decoto, CA on November 1, 1916, she was 85 years of age. Carmen enjoyed arts and crafts. She worked for over 30 years for Del Monte Cannery and then for Mission Industrial. Loving mother of Geraldine Villasana of Redding and Shirley Downing of Dixen, Tennessee. Dear sister of Madiline Bradburg of Sacramento, CA and Louie Fernandez of Escalon,CA. Devoted grandmother of three grandchildren, seven great grandchildren and one great great- grandchild. Carmen was preceded in death by her husband of 20 years, Manuel Cunha, four sisters; Deloris Carli, Louise Martin, Mary Nepote and Annette Gage and one brother; Carmel Fernandez. Visitation will be held Thursday, October 3, 2002 from 5:00-8:30 p.m. at Chapel of the Chimes in Hayward. Friends are welcome to attend a funeral service Friday, October 4, 2002 at 10:00 a.m. in the Reflection Chapel at Chapel of the Chimes Funeral Home. "Service of Marked Distinction"
