REYES CARLOS GERONIMO REYES Entered into eternal rest on June 13, 2006 at the age of 70 inFremont, CA . Carlos was born on October 15, 1935 in the. He enlisted in the US Navy in 1956 and was honorably discharged in 1976 as a Store Keeper Chief (SKC). He used his skills from the Navy in his next endeavor working as a Materials Analyst for 20 years in what was then Lockheed Missiles & Space Company, Inc. and settled into retirement thereafter. He is survived by his loving wife of 46 years, Gracita; his children, Louie, Allen and Susan and their families; his seven grandchildren: Steven, Samantha, Nicholas, Justin, Devin, Austin and Marisa; his mother, Rosario; and his two sisters,Lourdes and Teresita and their families. Carlos touched many lives with his gentle spirit and positive outlook on life. His bravery was heroic in his fight against colon cancer. He will always be a source of joy to those who knew him. He leaves behind the legacy of a family who knew they were loved beyond measure. He will always be in our hearts. Family and friends are invited to the CHAPEL OF THE CHIMES MEMORIAL PARK AND FUNERAL HOME, 32292 Mission Blvd. Hayward, CA, to attend the visitations: Friday, 6/16, 5:30-8:30pm; Saturday, 4:30-8:30pm; Sunday 4:30-8:30pm with a 6pm Rosary.
