It is with great sadness that we regretfully announce the passing of Carlos Anthony Ramos. Carlos was born on August 11, 1996 in California and passed on May 3, 2022 in Castro Valley, California at the age of 25. Services will be held at Chapel of the Chimes Funeral Home and Memorial Park in Hayward, California.
