Bishan Singh Dhanju's Obituary
Bishan Singh Dhanju was born on July 1st, 1937 in Nabipur, Amritsar District in India to parents Harnam Singh and Amar Kaur. He joined the Indian Navy on January 14th, 1953. He served as Lieutenant for the Indian Navy and served for the war fight in 1965 and 1971. He later retired from the Indian Navy in 1981.
Bishan Singh Dhanju was husband to the late Surjit Kaur Dhanju. He leaves behind his four beloved children: Amrik Singh Dhanju, Jaswinder Kaur Handa, Satpal Kaur Kamboj, and Inderjit Singh Dhanju.
His daughter-in-laws and son-in-laws Baljinder Kaur Dhanju, Balwant Singh Handa, Gurkirpal Singh, and Sumanpreet Dhanju
HIs grandchildren Priya Kaur Handa (Ambica), Satyajit Singh Dhanju (Robin), Neetu Soni Handa, Priyanka Singh Dhanju, Harleen Kamboj, Harnoor Kamboj, Tejpal Kamboj, Gobindprithvi Singh Handa, Navpreet Singh Dhanju, and Ajit Singh Dhanju.
And his great grandson Ruhtaab Singh Dhanju.
