Bimal Kumar Sahu, Age 92, of San Jose, California passed away on Tuesday, October 15, 2019.He was born in India on September 10, 1929. Bimal graduated from Rajput College-Agra, U.P. India with a Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture.Bimal worked in the Indian government for 40 years–with 9 years in the Indian Air Force. He was an athletic soccer player who competed on the National Indian Soccer team.In 1991, he moved to the United States. Bimal encouraged loved ones to succeed in their lives. He blessed his family with words of wisdom. Bimal had a passion for reading, gardening, medicine, and health remedies. He would generously donate to various charities and local organizations.He is survived by his children Deepika Bhatia, Pradeep Sahu, and Alok Sahu.Funeral arrangements will be held at 11:00 am, Saturday, October 19 at Chapel of the Chimes.
